Definitely, CX Winter School prices are already way cheaper than what we charge throughout the year. In addition there are discounts for early-bird tickets. And discounts if you send 3 or more participants from your organisation. In addition, there are discounts if you are self-funding. Just register interest and get in touch with us.

If you can't make a session don't worry. Just let us know and we will find time to go over the content with you. You will also get the lecture notes so will be able to catch up on what you missed.

Yes CX Centric offer certificates which are internationally recognised. For CX Leadership, you will take an exam at the end of the course to gain your certificate. For CX Analysis, you must complete a assignments throughout the course, as well as a final VOC assignment.

This programme will run weekly through the winter on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 13:00-15:00 (CET). Please check the actual learning path for the specific dates. Once you sign up we will send you diary invites so you can plan ahead.
